Here we go again....


So today, i started counting calories again. I have a lil bracelet that i made which has 15 beads on it. 1 bead equals 100 calories. They say that to maintain your weight u should be eating around 2000 calories a day, and to lose weight u should be looking at 1500.... I never realised how much difference 500 calories can make! i ate 700 calories during the day (consisting of a Kinder Bueno (im a little addicted at the moment); an Apple and Cinnimon muffin from Starbucks; a hot chocolate from Pret; two Petit Filous small pots of yogurt; and half a can of Rubicon (gave the rest to Pawel cos he loves this drink as much as me!)). I wasn't starving or anything, but i still could of done with eating some more! lol But then me and Nat went to Nando's for dinner and i had a free whole chicken to get so we shared that. I only had a quater and then some peri chips and spicey rice, which i dont think was that much, so im confident that it came under the 800 calories i had left. If it went over i dont think it was by that much....


Im gona try and keep this up for at least a week alongside my gym work outs that i do 4 times a week and see if there are ne amazing changes... Keep ya posted! xXx
